I have over 25 years of experience delivering proven, quantifiable results. I’ve implemented close to 10+ enterprise projects across a variety of disciplines – all with exceptional quality, on time, and on budget. Most of these projects have involved large scale change initiatives, resulting in behavior changes for 1-+ cross functional stakeholders. I have an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a management background. My areas of management consulting expertise include project management, financial management, communication & change management, enterprise-wide technology implementation and adoption, methodology development, and process improvement.
