About Krishna Priya

My name is Krishna Priya M. I am a Post Graduate in Hospital Administration from Amrita University. I am currently associated with Muthoot Healthcare Kozhenchery as Quality Manager which is a NABH and AACI (American Accreditation Commission International, 1st time in Kerala) accredited hospital. Previously I have associated as Deputy manager in Quality dept at Meitra Hospital which is a NABH and JCI Accredited hospital. I have also associated with JCI Accredited Aster Medcity Kochi. I have 15 years of experience in the Healthcare Quality profession. My experience in this field has afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with the quality standards of both National and International levels. I also have experience as HR Executive for one year. Pursuing EPHM from IIM Shillong. I have a Fellowship in Quality Management and Leadership Management from ISQua and I have pursueded PG Diploma in Disaster Management from IGNOU University. Lifetime membership in AHPI, CAHO. In my position as Quality Manager, I have done - Implementation of a new Quality software in my hospital- Quality Improvement initiatives like Quality projects and programs. I have faced several National and International Accreditation Audits in hospitals like NABL, NABH Green OT Certification, PdQue Certification Programs. I have great passion for implementing and ensuring sustainability of quality standards in hospitals. Apart from contributing to quality initiatives I have actively contributed to patient safety initiatives, annual strategy planning of the organization, achieved various Awards for the hospital, published Magazines and done Certification program like Great Place to Work etc. I am trained myself in Clinical knowledge, quality improvement methodologies, data analysis and interpretations, communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and project management, statistical process control, critical thinking, adaptability and flexibility. As a Quality Manager, I have heavily involved in continuous quality development and culture of excellence in my workplace.
