Permissions & Approvals: Looking after all environment permissions & issues wrt Environmental Clearances, Forest Clearance, Consents & Authorisations from State Pollution Control Board, CPCB, MoEFCC, OCZMA and Forest department. Consent & Renewals: Obtaining CTE and CTO (Air and Water Consent), Hazardous Waste Authorization and Biomedical Waste Authorisation from State Pollution Control Board Compliance: Responsible for overseeing Environmental compliance programs applicable for the industry. Keeping track of all applicable legal requirements and their implementation. Accountable for implementation of Environment and sustainability practices. Coordination: Liaising with Government agencies and officials for timely renewal of Consents, Authorizations & Approvals. Reporting: Submitting statutory reports, water cess return, monitoring reports, Halfyearly and annual reports, various returns, day to day correspondences, etc. Assess: Analyze the impact of contamination that occurs in air, water, noise and soil for assessing the impact and mitigation plan. Clearance: Environment management of Industry and mines. Implementation of Environment Management plan as suggested by EIA/EMP. Greenbelt: Planning & development of plantation and greenbelt. Management: Waste management & its life cycle assessment.
