An experienced professional having hands on industrial experience with initial 8 years in Industrial engineering, product costing, material planning and ISO improvements and last 10+ years in IT Strategic Sourcing and Procurement operations. Currently working in an IT product company being a part of the Global Procurement providing sourcing support to international offices outside North America and tactical operational support globally by managing analyst team. Current work profile includes but not limited to the following : Manage a team of sourcing analyst to provide global operational support like PO execution and Supplier set up etc. Provide sourcing & procurement support to EMEA, APAC offices broadly in the areas of for Hardware, Telecom, Network Infrastructure, Real Estate, Engineering contractor (contingent), Professional services, Facilities and Security services etc. Conduct category wise spend-analysis and develop BI report leading to areas of opportunities Working with internal stakeholder to identify sourcing opportunity and develop strategy Plan and execute RFI/RFP/RFQ as appropriate to the business Supplier evaluation by using balanced scorecard for supplier selection Achieve cost savings targets without compromising on the service levels. Working knowledge on SAP ERP, Oracle, Coupa platforms and also good at MS Office, Outlook etc. Manage supplier development from transitional to strategic relationship road map Lead strategic relationships with critical suppliers providing secure and cost-effective sources for relevant commodities. Relationship management with internal stakeholder to understand the current business needs, future road map and bring new projects for the team. Lead contract negotiation with suppliers, collaborate with internal business and legal function, develop acceptable contractual terms, SOW, Service levels etc. This include engineering services, professional services, marketing services, Real Estate, Security and facility operations, AMCs, contingent work force contracts etc. Guide the team of analyst to achieve yearly performance goals and provide opportunities for development.
