As an assistant manager at IDFC FIRST Bank I manage the branch operations and ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures. I also oversee the customer service and relationship management and handle the branch's financial and administrative activities. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University I have developed strong skills in financial analysis risk management and business strategy. Previously I worked as a senior quality assurance officer at Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd where I was responsible for conducting audits monitoring the quality of loans and collections and reporting the findings and recommendations to the management. I also worked as an audit executive at NAMRA FINANCE LIMITED where I performed internal and external audits for various clients and projects. My core competencies include management branch banking operations quality assurance audit and Microsoft Excel. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn new skills improve processes and deliver value to the customers and the organization. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to contribute to the growth and success of IDFC FIRST Bank and the banking industry.
