As a Senior HR Associate with 7+ years of experience, I have a strong background in HR Operations, SWP(Strategic Workforce Planning) and Talent management. I have worked with various clients across different industries, including Kotak Mahindra, Byjus, and Virtusa, recruiting for roles such as Data Architect, Test Manager, Deputy Manager - Actuarial Science, Pega CSA Developer, and Pega CSSA Developer. I have also used Monster's ATS (Applicant Tracking System) called Oorwin, Tech Mahindra's ATS called Vchannel etc to manage my candidates.
