Hi, I'm happy for your interest in my profile. I always believed in a saying that I penned,"Education is not a direct route to a solution. It is a tool using which an educatee finds resolution(s) adding perspectives to a particular situation or cause." It all started with a need to learn and a tool for growth. My love for understanding businesses and envisioning entrepreneurs motivated the start of “Ecstasy Creatives”. The ultimate goal of any business is to solve a problem, creating a need or a want. This value makes us stand unique amidst our competitors. We worked on this business idea, starting to answer a very simple question "Why do businesses hesitate to get their work done from freelancers?" One principle that I strongly believe in the business trade is working over values than numbers. In the course of our research, we came across many criticisms from businesses on what they lack working with a freelancer. One main thing that many entrepreneurs stressed was the management of freelancers which highlighted a need for change. Targeting a particular niche and understanding their needs and wants could keep your business running for a long time, building strong brand trust and potential growth. We started with a simple question here on "What prevents professionals from taking freelancing as their mainstream profession?" In the course of our research, we came across the various stigmas surrounding freelancing. We saw COVID-19 as a distinct opportunity to make our vision stronger. We want to empower freelancing in every part of India, which is still considered a stigma. We connected with various like-minded entrepreneurs during this period and are building a strong foundation exploring synergies. Ecstasy Creatives got featured for the “Top 100 companies” out of competitors in the TiE Global Summit 2020, where I presented our startup in the open-mic amidst leading business professionals.(You can watch it at https://instagram.com/tv/CIpUrq_ADDT) Until this point in my journey as an entrepreneur, I learned things more from experiences and exploration.
