About Krishnaraj Sankaran

I am a seasoned Operations Manager with 25+ years of experience leading large-scale projects across the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Fabrication sectors. Known for driving strategic operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, I’ve consistently delivered projects on time, within budget, and to international standards across offshore and onshore environments. My technical expertise spans inspection and construction of process piping, boilers, pressure vessels, and static equipment, backed by deep knowledge of ASME, EN ISO, and CE Marking under PED. I’ve led cross-functional teams, optimized P&L performance, and introduced technologies to enhance risk-based and in-service inspections. Recognized with awards such as “Employee of the Year” and “Best Leader,” I’m trusted for delivering results, improving operational efficiency, and exceeding client expectations. I’m now seeking a Supply Audit or Project Quality Manager role where I can apply my quality and execution expertise to high-impact initiatives.
