With over 18 years of work experience in the HR and BFSI domains, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver quality service and value to my clients and associates. As the Vice President and Business Head of Financial Services at TeamLease Services Limited, I manage the largest and most profitable vertical in the firm, contributing over 35% to the PBT and 40% to the headcount. My mission is to grow the share of wallet and enhance customer satisfaction by offering end-to-end solutions for the hire to retire life cycle management of contract staff. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with global and domestic clients across various industries and geographies.Before joining TeamLease, I was part of the Corporate HR at JP Morgan, where I handled the North America Payroll function catering to US employees. I was responsible for payroll case management, research and resolution, escalation management, and other HR operations such as leave of absence administration, terminations, employee data management, and onboarding. I leveraged my skills in human resources, recruiting, and strategic human resource planning to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in the HR processes. I also partnered with various stakeholders and vendors to support the business objectives and employee experience.
