About Krissy Hackworthy

Hi, I’m Krissy, a Senior Account Manager focused on bringing clarity and structure to growing marketing teams. I specialize in building the workflows, reporting rhythms, and internal systems that turn strong client relationships into scalable, repeatable success. My work connects strategy to execution. I establish clear communication cadences, create streamlined reporting frameworks, align teams around defined deliverables, and refine recurring processes so they run smoothly and predictably. It’s where I shine, and what brings me joy. I believe that when expectations are clear, reporting is transparent, and internal systems are tight, trust and long-term growth follow. I’m motivated by improving efficiency at scale through optimizing tools, strengthening processes, and creating documentation that reduces friction across teams. The goal is always the same: to build a marketing engine that runs smoothly, predictably, and profitably. If that sounds like your cup of tea, great! Although you should know, I’m more of a coffee gal. Either way, let’s connect.
