About Krista Cohen

Krista has experience with complex hospital systems, academic medical centers and ambulatory care centers among other health care facilities. A graduate of Arizona State University's Computing Informatics and Decision Systems Engineering School, Krista served as a Teaching Assistant for the Probability and Statistics Lab and interned at a startup modular data center manufacturing plant but discovered her true passion was making a difference in healthcare. She began her career as a data analyst doing strategic and master planning, but she loved the operational planning and process improvement side of consulting. So she began leveraging her operational experience in transition and activation planning while deepening her understanding of the inner workings of clinical, ancillary, and support departments in hospitals and ambulatory care facilities. Her resume consists of dozens of projects at both public and private facilities, ranging from community hospitals in rural communities to some of the largest academic medical centers in the country.
