Krista is an experienced and innovative leader who thrives on tackling new business opportunities to bring them to life. Managing within complex organizational structures with competing priorities, she is currently finishing an international assignment based in Amsterdam, Netherlands to steer B2B, B2B2C and B2C initiatives to drive revenue to the airline from outside the USA. As an adaptive worker during transformation projects, her roles have blended aspects of what would classically be consider project management, program management, portfolio management and product owner. She is driven to bring ideas to reality and has a passion for all of the stages involved; from concept to design to building, testing, improving and repeating. One highlight was leading a proof-of-concept for conversational social care by leveraging chatbots, NLP, ML, and AI.
