About Krista Hill

You will notice a gap in employment. My absence is due to me taking time to care for my children. I did not however, remain solely a care giver. I used this time to give back to my community. I served as a volunteer in the school system through Communities In School, I volunteered as a GAL in Rowan County, and this past year, during the pandemic, I saw a need for substitute teachers and filled that role when my kids were at school. I feel now as my children transition back to full time schooling I am ready to restart my career. I am excited at the prospect of bringing my talents to solve complex problems. I have had many experiences in a chemical manufacturing plant. I have worked as a process engineer doing process improvement and corrective action findings. I have worked as the lead process engineer on a $11M project, while installing a Delta V control system for the first time to our plant. I have worked as a project engineer completing small and large installations, and traveled with my company to do plant start ups in Shanghai. My most recent assignment was as the Global Quality Assurance Manager for the Personal Care Business. My understanding of process, equipment, and customer quality requirements will make me valuable to join success.
