I think outside the box and set paths towards goals that are both unique and effective. I have over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. I have knowledge and experience in both MFDA and IIROC platforms. I have successfully led both small and large complex teams. My teams have been actively involved in processing requests that included both client name and nominee accounts. During my time leading the Financial adjustments team at IG Wealth Management, I oversaw corrections made within all account types; RRSP, OPEN, TFSA, GROUP, Locked in Accounts, RESP and IProfile. My past Investors Group teams handled IGFS core and Group account processing and control functions such as Cash Management, Region Office Support, Rejects, Not in good order requests and Quality control. I am an exceptional trainer with the ability to adapt and alter material to successfully be retained by my audience. I am a confident, motivational presenter will the innate talent to quickly captivate attention. My teams have consistently reported high engagement scores as measured by Gallup surveys. My positive approach to leadership and my passion for people has been a difference maker. This foundational framework made space for my teams to thrive within a supportive, encouraging, and emotionally safe working environment. Within my career I have created various valuable training manuals on the functionality within our database software, Winfund These manuals have proven to be extremely effective and well received in the mentoring and training process.
