About Kristaps Knets

I am a Senior iOS Engineer with over a decade of professional and independent experience. Currently, I contribute to Alarm.com by implementing new features and enhancements within an established, high-performance iOS application, leveraging my expertise in Swift to continuously improve user experience and app functionality. While work at Accenture Baltics honed my proficiency in coding best practices, and modern app delivery methodologies. Alongside my professional work, I am passionate about game development and have independently created and prototyped a diverse range of Unity3D-based projects, including experimental games and interactive applications. These personal projects have expanded my technical depth not only in game development, but also it helps in current work to implement better architecture for new features. Fluent in English, Latvian, and Russian, I enjoy working in multicultural environments and sharing knowledge within developer communities. Whether building new features for mobile apps or exploring the creative potential of gaming technologies, I am always driven by curiosity, innovation, and a commitment to technical excellence.
