With over nine years of experience in human resources and recruiting, I am currently the Recruitment Manager at Outsource Accelerator, the leading outsourcing platform and marketplace in the Philippines. I oversee the recruitment of top talent for our clients, as well as the employee relations and engagement of our internal team. I have extensive knowledge and skills in HR and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, and retention. I also have a strong background in employee relations, where I have successfully handled complex and sensitive issues, such as grievances, complaints, investigations, and disciplinary actions. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered. I am always looking for new ways to improve our processes, policies, and practices, as well as to enhance our employer brand and reputation.
