I am committed to sharing new ways of leading that better serve your employees, your customers, and you! This is my purpose and my passion. Over the course of decades, I’ve marketed and developed brands across a diverse range of industries. The products, language, and audiences changed, but one element remained constant across all of these experiences; the impact of leadership. The paradigm of flexing power over others as “strong leadership” is at the core of most leadership models. Unfortunately, even when practiced with benevolence, that dynamic is damaging to relationships and limits innovation. In environments where people feel valued and safe from ridicule and judgment—creativity, productivity, and loyalty rise. Leaders with equanimity who support this kind of felt safety as the foundation of organizational culture are desperately needed for today's workforce, and the world. This is why I've designed the Transformational Responsive Leadership (TRL) Development Program, to help you to become this kind of leader. Transformational Leaders create meaningful, positive change for employees and cultivate new leaders. Responsive Leaders are adaptive and resilient. Transformational and Responsive Leadership models, complemented with insights and understandings of human behavior, is our curated formula for Embodied Leadership. Through the course of 8 private sessions (over 4 ½ months) I will help you to identify how your work and personal experiences have shaped how you lead and the science behind the barriers they’ve created.
