Coming from a family of scientists, and being a science enthusiast myself, I am passionate about using science to make a direct impact on patients’ lives.I am a Senior Scientist focused on in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) assay development, from feasibility to post-launch phases, ensuring meticulous adherence to regulatory standards.• Enabled the successful launch of the cobas® Zika IA assay in 6 weeks, to screen blood and ensure a safe blood supply • Facilitated the delivery of multiple project goals that enabled teams to meet aggressive, stringent timelines by leading the teams, and creating data analysis processes / procedures to ensure consistent and reliable results for submission to regulatory agencies. I bring a team together and get them to work effectively and efficiently. I pay attention to details. I vet studies thoroughly, up front, so they are done right the first time. I embrace my full love of science by celebrating Science Friday instead of Casual Friday.
