About Kristen Eppley

Kristen Eppley, who has been with the Company since 1998, oversees New Dominion Pictures International Distribution activities. As such, her responsibilities include the development of advertising and promotional campaigns, negotiation and sales of programming licensing rights, and all administrative activities related to bringing more than 850 hours of original programming into the homes of viewers around the world. She represents the Company through attendance at the major television industry sales markets that are regularly held in both the US and Europe, and continues to forge new relationships that expand the global reach of the Company. During Kristen’s tenure and through her leadership, the Company transitioned from reliance upon third party outside distributors for the international licensing of programming, to building a full service in-house organization. Kristen’s innovative strategies in identifying opportunities and building relationships with clients have also resulted in a number of co-production ventures that complement domestic production strength, ensuring the continuation of a steady stream of new and innovative programming. Kristen also actively participates in the overall program development of the Company, providing an international perspective to the new program decision-making process.
