About Kristen Hendrickson

I design executive engagement ecosystems that drive revenue, deepen strategic relationships, and position marketing as a core growth engine — not a support function. As Director of Marketing Programs at Newfront (now part of WTW), I operate at the intersection of executive experience, revenue strategy, and marketing operations infrastructure. I partner with event leadership, sales, and senior stakeholders to ensure high-impact programs, sponsorship models, and demand generation initiatives translate into measurable commercial growth.Over the past decade, I have helped scale marketing through rapid expansion and into the early stages of enterprise acquisition — building the strategic frameworks, cross-functional alignment, and operational systems required to support both innovation and enterprise readiness. My work focuses on:• Executive engagement strategy across multi-vertical audiences• Revenue-integrated sponsorship and partnership models• CRM and marketing automation architecture (HubSpot + Salesforce)• Event-led demand generation and pipeline alignment• Scalable marketing infrastructure for growth-stage organizationsI’m drawn to building — architecting programs, systems, and partnerships that align experience with measurable business impact.
