I develop sales strategies and tactics based on competitive business intelligence, market research, and data-mining. I am focused on understanding the competitive landscape, including but not limited to, identification and profiling of key accounts, needs/buying behaviors of customers, and providing cost effective IT solutions to assist in customer purchasing decisions. I play a vital role in recommending technological solutions to solve business issues and/or to seize new opportunities with regard to customer purchasing opportunities, managing and controlling costs and issues that affect the organizational bottom line (i.e. returns, cost containment, profitability, pricing and forecasting future customer purchasing needs).
