About Kristen Roszko

I've worked in Accounting for over 30 years - in various industries. I have worked in retail, large Law Firms, Physicians' offices, an Oil Field Machine Shop (office manager) and in the EMS field for the past 15 years. I have been part of a 2 person accounting department doing all aspects of the company's purchasing, payables, receivables, financial statements, special events, etc. in my current position. I have a lot of experience in real world accounting (non-profit as well) and view that as invaluable to being successful in my job. I am proficient at Excel, Word, Quickbooks and other programs necessary to function in the current business atmosphere. I feel that I am very versatile and open to learning new programs, policies and procedures. Due to being a single mom at the beginning of my career, I was not able to obtain a college degree.but I feel that my experience working in different business environments has given me the practical training that classrooms can not provide. I am a loyal employee that puts the company's best interests in front of my own. I am a self-starter, and great at working without supervision. I had hoped to end my career at my current position, but due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, it may not be possible.
