Prior to co-founding Verity, she was a Senior Director in the Toronto office of a large multi-national valuation and professional services firm within the Disputes, Investigations & Valuations practice. Kristen has specialized in business valuation and litigation support services since 2012. She has prepared and critiqued numerous expert reports for business valuation and financial litigation support matters, including those related to family law, commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and forensic investigation. Kristen is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants Canada (CPA Canada) and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV). She also has been Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Kristen received a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in 2008.
