About Kristen Stack

My former boss once referred to me as the “Poster Child” for our organization. He told me that I epitomized the culture and values of our company and I’ve carried that with me throughout my professional career. I am passionate about creating meaningful relationships with talent and finding my organization’s “Poster Child”. I am an experienced Recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. I have skills in Sales, Teamwork, Leadership, Marketing, and Full Cycle Recruiting. I am a strong recruiting professional with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Northern Arizona University. As a Recruiter with Carvana, I have many important responsibilities. I screen candidates, schedule interviews, manage the candidate compliance process and ensure candidates are ready for their first day of work. I also develop strong business relationships with (awesome) teammates and leaders across the business. As a Talent Acquisition professional, I act as a resource for new hires as they become familiar with our big happy family here at Carvana! My position has an immediate impact every day, which drives my purpose for my rapidly growing organization. It is my goal to drive our business forward by finding the best and brightest talent to join our team. When I’m not connecting talent to their dream career, I’m connecting people to local restaurants! I am a “foodie” at heart and love to blog about my findings online.
