Seeking a unique opportunity to blend my passion for service and my commitment to social responsibility, I aspire to be the driving force behind fostering meaningful connections between clients and their communities. I'm prepared to embark on an exciting new journey where my skills will help shape a brighter future for all. As the Co-Founder of Stop Trans Genocide Chicago, a grassroots campaign for trans rights and liberation, I organized community outreach programs, developed educational materials, devised effective defenses for drag shows and libraries, conducted research, coordinated mutual aid efforts, and collaborated with other LGBTQAIP+ organizations. With over 10 years of experience in hospitality and non-profits, I have honed my skills in management, problem-solving, communication, and customer satisfaction. I successfully led the conversion of the entire reservations system at theWit Chicago, a Hilton Hotel, and directed and managed inventory, room blocks, and transient guest rooms to maximize revenue. Additionally, I served as a Social Media Coordinator for the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom, where I created and managed online campaigns and content to promote lifestyle diversity and freedom. I am now seeking a challenging management role in the non-profit sector where I can leverage my expertise and leadership to contribute to the liberation of historically oppressed populations, preferably within an abolitionist or transformative justice framework.
