As a strategic global talent acquisition director, I bring 20+ years of experience driving cultural transformation, organizational change, employee relations, and engagement through the design, development, and implementation of innovative talent acquisition programs. I successfully lead and execute talent acquisition (TA) and operational strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for cultivating a culture that inspires high-performance through valuing individual contribution and the provision of training and support that equips individuals and teams with the tools, knowledge, skills, and confidence to achieve challenging goals. I spearheaded change management initiatives, transforming teams from reactive tactical models to proactive strategic models. Lead three market expansions in Puerto Rico, Brazil, and India. And I conceptualized, built, and directed an offshore sourcing team that contributed to over 30% of all full-time hires.
