I am a strategic leader with a proven ability to drive organizational growth by cultivating high-impact partnerships across both the non-profit and corporate sectors. With a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and over two decades of experience, I bring a "Swiss Army knife" approach to solving complex challenges. My work is guided by the principle that impactful strategies are built on a deep understanding of people and purpose. For over 20 years, I have specialized in turning strategic relationships into tangible growth. I am a hands-on leader who knows how to build impactful partnerships, with a history of delivering results. My expertise spans a unique blend of skills, including HR, CPG, sales, media, and Marketing Strategy. I am now exploring leadership opportunities where I can apply my unique skill set, including both strategic relationships roles and senior HR positions. I am also open to new consulting ventures where I can help companies achieve their strategic goals.
