About Kristien Podevyn
After graduating as a commercial engineer, I started my professional career as a financial auditor at Ernst & Young. After three years, I had the opportunity to shift internally towards HR coordinating campus recruitment and the training agenda for the audit division. Later on, I became an HR consultant with more general responsibilities. After 6,5 years at Ernst & Young, I moved to Vlerick to become HR business partner. In this job, I worked on traditional areas of HR (recruitment, training.) but I also participated in HR improvement projects.
