About Kristin C.

I like to laugh. Every day. As a servant leader, I possess expertise in human resource management utilizing PEO systems as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience in full cycle recruiting. I have a broad background related to creative HR problem solving, including special emphasis on employee relations, talent acquisition, employee benefits and company culture. And I have accomplished all of that, and more, staying professional but also using my ever so dry and quirky sense of humor. Before joining Boveda, I worked in HR and talent acquisition at Signature Bank, Lighthouse1, Marketing Architects and various other small organizations. My experience spreads across a diverse collection of industries including cigar/tobacco, cannabis, technology, banking, advertising and real estate. Yes, I also used to sell houses. Specialties: Human Resources Operations, Talent Acquisition & Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration specific to Cannabis, Banking, IT, and Advertising industries. And laughing.
