Hello and Welcome! I am a Communications Professional that thrives on building connection and community whenever possible. I am the woman who will strike up conversation with you if we are in line together at Starbucks. I might be the reason your drive thru order is taking longer than normal because I have found something in common with the drive thru worker and now we are sharing 2015 vacation pictures. I thrive when I get to build and engage with the community around me. I value genuine relationships, hearing about other's passions while also getting the work done. I have experience in internal communication, written communication, social media content management, event planning, and public speaking. I am currently working as Virtual Event Manager for Nashville Public Library. I am a firm believer that there is always room for growth. I thoroughly enjoy reading books or listening to podcasts that inspire and challenge new ways of thinking. One of my latest reads was Choosing Gratitude by Nancy Leigh DeMoss.
