Change Resiliency is not something that you can develop by reading a book or listening to a podcast. It comes from managing oneself and others through times of change. Transferring that knowledge into training programs and working to help stakeholders learn how to use what I’ve created is a passion of mine. I am relentlessly process and project oriented, but when I consider what is “best” about me, I think about the interactions I’ve had with people, especially when I’m helping them learn something important.
