I am a highly motivated, intelligent and focused individual who is a self-starter and believe I would be an essential member of your Client Success Team! My broadened experiences have enabled me to solve complex customer issues and think quickly on my feet including 10 years in healthcare to five years in content production which has allowed me to build strong customer relationships. I pride myself on quick customer response and high client satisfaction. My passion is helping my clients quickly and efficiently while ensuring they receive not only a high-quality finished product, but also a continued, happy relationship with me and my company. Currently I am a Content Producer and Interactive Site Map Coordinator for RealPage, Inc. based out of Richardson, Texas, but work remote from my home in Circleville, Ohio. My responsibility is to work with all sizes of multi-family management companies – from Property Managers to Regionals – from beginning to end managing projects such as videos showcasing properties to coordinating aerial and interactive site maps. I am the main contact for managing these projects for clients. I have a proven record of delivering a quality product on time with high client satisfaction. I have successfully managed upwards of 100 projects at a time. I am also a member of the Heritage Naz Production Team where I run media during services, so I’m no stranger to working under pressure! I also volunteer as the Secretary of the Tri-County Youth League.
