We’ve all heard of the sports stories, like the Cubs winning the world series or seen a sports movie(s)/ shows, like Ted Lasso, where the underdog team gets a new coach who is able to turn the team around and lead them to a winning season- or even a championship. In my career, I've been the one to do that. I truly enjoy taking on the challenge of a project or role that isn't doing well, assessing why it isn't successful, creating new systems and processes for it, and then changing its trajectory so that it meets the goals laid out by the team or company. I love the thrill and hope that the underdog will prevail- it really fuels my energy and passion for my work. I thrive in an environment that allows me variety and flexibility, including traveling for work. I know that trust is earned and so I pride myself in being reliable and transparent. You can count on me to be present, to actively respond and to follow up. I know how far a simple "I've got this" can go. Sustainability of systems and processes is important to me and I enjoy being creative in finding the most simple solutions. Personally, I'm not looking for everything to revolve around me. That's why I focus on creating systems and processes that the team and organization can implement and sustain to meet goals, even if I'm out. I create a fun, positive environment wherever I go and I am constantly pushing myself to learn and grow. It's important to me that I can share that enthusiasm with others, supporting their growth and helping them win presently and for the future. Outside of work, I'm an active person that loves to be outside. You'll usually find me mountain biking, hiking, or playing / walking with my dog Kabella or rooting for my beloved Packers even when they are losing.
