About Kristina Hedlund

I am an engaged and curious leader with a passion for developing brands, organizations, and people. Over more than 25 years in communication and marketing – including over ten years in leadership roles – I have built broad and deep expertise, both strategically and operationally. I have worked on everything from shaping brand platforms and communication strategies to creating campaigns, managing crises, and producing content across text, image, video, and design. I am a creative person who makes things happen. I thrive in dynamic environments – where change is underway and structure, focus, and prioritization are needed to achieve real impact. Leading through change, inspiring others, and turning strategy into action are aspects of my work that I am truly passionate about. Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple sectors – private, public, and non-profit – both as a consultant and in line roles. I have also been part of various leadership teams, which has given me a strong understanding of both the strategic big picture and operational execution. I have always had a genuine curiosity about people – what drives us, what makes us thrive, and what sometimes gets in our way. This curiosity has led me to pursue a two-year education in psychosynthesis, focusing on inner leadership. It has deepened my understanding of relationships, motivation, and development – both in myself and in others. Creativity has been another constant thread in my life. It finds expression in everything from interior design, architecture, and renovations to photography and form. For me, creativity is about seeing opportunities, discovering new paths, and creating wholeness – whether it concerns people, brands, or organizations.
