Experienced Project Manager with the mindset of a servant lead. 20 years of project management, both waterfall and Agile, has taught me that regardless of methodology, a project is truly successful only by always putting the customer first and ensure you work with motivated and respected people. I have successfully managed a magnitude of product projects within supply chain as well as within business process automation to drive digital transformation. I am determined to meet business targets, while watching out for my team and I have no problems raising unrealistic targets or waste to stakeholders. I’m curious and good at getting the big picture. Keeping track of things comes natural as does keeping spirits up. I have good interpersonal skills being easy going and easily approached; my motivation is to help others succeed and to me it’s extra important to care for the individual’s wellbeing.
