As Business Operations Manager for Europe, Kristina drives the development and execution of operational improvement initiatives and plays a key role in shaping the long-term strategy for Linesight’s business operations Kristina is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement which enables Linesight’s highly skilled teams to excel at delivering an exceptional service to clients. • Development of strategic initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency throughout the business • Collaborating closely with the European Leadership team, Managing Director, COO and peers in APAC and AMERS to ensure there is a coordinated & coherent operational strategy across the European region which aligns with the global business directives. • Business performance reporting at executive leadership team meetings using dashboards and balanced scorecards • Front-end delivery experience of professional consultancy services to clients which brings the working knowledge of what project delivery teams require I truly enjoy forming strong relationships with internal and client teams in multiple countries utilizing my English, German, Dutch and Spanish language skills.
