Type of projects: user experience and journey-design, strategy and problem solving and values. For Danish and International companies. - WHY DRAWING: Our largest challenge today is to communicate and implement all the new required processes before more changes occur. This generates a large number of meetings, that steal time from our day to day assignments while creating insecurity about whether we, as a team, understand and are moving towards common goals. When I facilitate business meetings, it is my job to listen and translate input to drawings, that tells the story in headlines metaphors and symbols. When drawing as we speak, we spend less time on long explanations. Just talking back and forward, can in short be compared to a case where architects explains to a team of experts, whose job is to build a bridge in a responsible manner, without a drawing of the bridge. By drawing, I make the abstract concreate, and it shortens the time to reach mutual understanding. It boots creativity towards possible solutions and tunes each of us into our own particular way of handling the assignment. In short, the visual meeting is a good investment to speed up the workflow in an era of constant change.25
