About Kristof Knettel

I am an internationally respected expert with 20+ years experience in the beverage industry able to handle new technical issues in a professional manner. I like jobs with international travels, enabling me to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and experiencing different views and working attitudes. It is encouraging to create something new by implementation of new technologies at customer sites. Furthermore, it is motivating me to help/support customers allowing to build up real partnerhsips. My network with other partners in the brew and beverage industry is helping me to fulfill these tasks. I would like to highlight following projects which have been successfully accomplished by me and which are still part of my current job: Market development with focus on Africa and Middle East; Partner Management; Implementation of Velcorin cold-fill technlogy at many customer sites in North America, Africa and the Middle East; Conduction of plant and lab trials; Issuing labor risk assessment and the subsequent documents as well as training which helping to improve the occupational safety; Hygiene & HSEQ audits on customer sites in Africa and Europe; Training and webinars for colleagues and customers; Upgrade of CIP system at one of the biggest bottling sites in Europe; Participation at total plant assessment audits at different brewing sites across the globe with direct impact on tenders; Work in the research and development area; Experience with quality assurance in the brewery; Work as brewer including shift work experience.
