Trained in Project Management (PMP, PMI-CP) and equipped with a Red Seal in Carpentry, I currently serve as Civil Superintendent at Mina La India. My role focuses on construction sequence planning including design and drafting of NPI facilities, contractor management, and ensuring efficient scheduling for mining infrastructure projects. Core competencies include construction management, documentation review, estimating and detailed construction planning. Previous roles, including Concrete Superintendent at B2Gold Corp, have honed my skills in managing manpower, batch plant operations, and working collaboratively with engineering teams to resolve design challenges. Passionate about delivering value through meticulous planning and execution, I aim to contribute to organizational success by fostering teamwork and leveraging my expertise in industrial construction. I excel as the first boots on the ground due to my ability to see the big picture and use little resources to create a lot. My home office is better equipped than many engineering offices I have been in. Some say I am a workaholic, I just say I love my work.
