Background
About Kristopher Kimlin
Kristopher S. Kimlin is an award-winning Canadian/American cinematographer turned director best known for his work on "I Can Only Imagine" and "American Underdog." Kimlin moved to the US when he was young, and it was during his high school years that he sneaked his way onto the set of a movie in his hometown, and there he bit with the movie bug. In college in New York, Kimlin found a love for photography and then began expanding into the world of cinematography. With over 21 feature films to his credit, Kimlin has an extensive commercial and music video catalog, including multiple videos awarded for best cinematography. In 2022 Kimlin began a production company named "Company Logo" with his creative partner Richard Adam Jones. Centering their focus on branded content, Company Logo took their collective knowledge of cinema and storytelling and created a production model that focuses on creating content for Brands with a fresh take on production and gearing content to where the eyes are going, not where they have been. Kris resides with his wife, makeup artist Jennifer Kimlin in Nashville & Birmingham.
