Previously, over an 18-year tenure at Brunswick Corporation, he developed a reputation for taking on complex, high-stakes challenges—whether integrating acquisitions, optimizing businesses, or driving large-scale operational improvements. From leading global product strategy and product innovation at Mercury Marine to overseeing inorganic growth and global operations at Life Fitness, he consistently delivered shareholder value across a diverse set of end markets and leadership roles. As President of Boston Whaler, he managed a $400M+ global business, overseeing the launch of award-winning products, major capacity enhancements and international market expansion.
