Since 2019, I have been dedicated to the dynamic field of telecommunications, serving as a proficient manager. Over the years, I have honed my skills not only in managing telecommunications systems but also in Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) programming, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise to my role. Additionally, I have assumed the crucial responsibility of an Emergency Medical Dispatcher-Quality Assurance Specialist (ED-Q) for both Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) and Emergency Fire Dispatch (EFD) with Priority Dispatch. My commitment to excellence in both telecommunication management and emergency dispatch operations reflects my passion for contributing to public safety and effective communication systems. My journey in emergency dispatch began in 2002, and for over two decades, I have been an integral part of the Countryside Fire Protection District 911 Communications Center. My time with CFPD dispatch has educated me and I am still embracing the evolving landscape of emergency services, and contributing to the seamless coordination of resources in times of crisis. My dedication to the field and extensive experience position me as a reliable and capable professional in the realm of telecommunications and emergency dispatch.
