Driven by a passion for neonatal care, I committed to a profession in Nursing and Health Promotions, with a vision of supporting families through their most vulnerable moments. With over two decades in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing at Monash Health, I've been privileged to play diverse roles, from Clinical Nurse Specialist to Clinical Trials Coordinator. My journey has been marked by innovation and impact. Yet, what truly resonates with me, is the joy of empowering parents to confidently navigate early parenthood. As an IBCLC, neonatal nurse and newborn and infant sleep specialist, I've transitioned towards community nursing with a wellness focus, where I now guide families through the intricacies of early parenting. I specialise in supporting and guiding parents with evidence-based education and support, empowering them to make informed decisions.
