I’m a neuro-performance scientist who provides brain-based protocols for peak-performance in the digital age. I help organisations understand the impact technology is having on employees' and leaders' mental wellbeing, physical health and productivity. My clients are senior executives, business leaders, human resources managers and staff who are always switched on, but rarely powered up. I’m the author of the award-winning book Dear Digital, We Need to Talk, as well as Raising your Child in a Digital World, and I’m a former educator in public and private schools. I’ve lectured at Macquarie University and the University of Notre Dame, and I have a PhD on the impact of digital technologies. I’ve conducted numerous evaluations and research studies for the New South Wales Department of Education and Communities, and I’m regularly called on by the media to translate the latest research about how our digitalised lives are impacting our performance and wellbeing.
