Hello, I’m Kristy As a training manager, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to succeed through data-driven insights, innovative learning experiences, and effective learning facilitation. Nothing makes me happier than creating meaningful relationships, being transparent and honest, and improving processes for all stakeholders along the way. I do this by establishing clear expectations, actively listening to understand, managing expectations clearly, and communicating frequently to ensure everyone is on the same page. Some of my career highlights include: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborated with various departments to ensure district-wide training programs were aligned with state benchmarks, leading to a 71% improvement in cross-departmental communication and collaboration. Customized Training Solutions: Created customized training solutions for different departments, which led to a 57% increase in departmental proficiency. E-Learning Platform Implementation: Co-led the implementation of an e-learning gamefication platform for training assessment, resulting in a 13% increase in participant proficiency. Training Facilitation: Facilitated a district-wide training initiative to improve trainer understanding of alignment between training resources, instructional tasks, and learning benchmarks, resulting in 57% of participants increasing the proficiency of their trainees. Outside of work, you’ll find me cuddling and training my 3 golden retrievers geeking out over the latest breakthroughs in science and information technology, binging Star Wars, working on leadership skills and personal growth, and taking Marie Kondo's method to heart when it comes to my personal space and belongings (in the hopes that not absolutely everything sparks joy).
