About Kristy Lim

As a UX Designer, AI Data Annotator, and former English Teacher, I’m dedicated to creating accessible, engaging user experiences grounded in a deep understanding of human behavior and communication. In UX design, I collaborate with stakeholders to create visually appealing, user-centered interfaces that are not just useful and usable, but enjoyable. My 7+ years in the classroom has given me a deep understanding of how humans process information and interact with technology, while my background in photography has sharpened my eye for visual design. Through my data annotation work, I contribute to the optimization of conversational AI, improving both performance and user experience. I am excited to find a role that will allow me to leverage my unique background and skills in UX design, AI, education, and accessibility to create meaningful solutions that improve lives.
