About Krithika Subramanian

I’m a real estate fund manager with over 11 years of experience in fund management, research, and investor relations. My work spans financial modelling, capital allocation, market research, and fundraising, collaborating closely with senior leadership to shape fund strategy and optimise performance. I’m passionate about connecting numbers with strategy—leading a talented team of analysts and delivering data-driven insights that create measurable impact for investors. Before entering real estate, I spent four years in institutional equity research, where I discovered my passion for analysis and portfolio management. During that time, I was the only associate at my firm to be recognised by leading buy-side funds such as Fidelity India, ICICI Prudential, Kotak, Reliance Nippon Life, and Aviva Life for my research contributions.A Chartered Accountant and CFA Charterholder, I’m driven by solving complex financial challenges, building strong partnerships, and learning continuously in an evolving investment landscape. Outside of work, I’m a trained Carnatic vocalist with over 25 years of experience and a deep love for music and performance.
