About Krithika Vijayakumar

I have gained expertise in designing and developing applications using the Pega platform for a leading Banking and healthcare sector. I have hands-on experience with Pega implementation methodologies including Agile and Scrum. My role involved working with the business analyst and LSA to analyze business requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Additionally, I was involved in various other aspects of Pega development, including Utilities, flow, correspondence, rest integrations, Kafka, data set, data type, SLA, pend cases, local actions, UI, reports, postman etc. I also handled error handling and used Splunk for the exception, and Jenkins for deployment. In my role, I conducted code reviews, ensured that code meets industry and company standards, troubleshoot and debugged issues in the code and provided technical support to clients. I worked collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and provided guidance and mentorship to junior team members. I have also kept up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Pega platform development and shared knowledge with the team.
