I am a Service Delivery Analyst at FIS, a leading provider of core banking systems and solutions. I support, automate, and optimize mission-critical deployments for FIS clients, leveraging configuration management tools and best practices. I work with a team of engineers and developers to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the applications and services that FIS provides. I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Sathyabama University in 2022, where I learned programming concepts, languages, and frameworks, such as Python, C++, C, and basic of Java. I also completed multiple certifications in data science, data analytics and Python from reputable platforms, such as IBM, LinkedIn, and NPTEL. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems. I am also a proud team player, who values communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
