With a Bachelor in Arts from the University of Calcutta, I am in HR Administration (A2W) at Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology, and digital transformation. In this role, I support the HR team in managing the employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit.I have been working in this role for two years, and I have gained valuable skills in human resources, recruiting, transformation of HR operations, and Microsoft Outlook. I handle various HR tasks, such as onboarding, transformations, HR Operations. I also assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for different roles and projects. Before joining Capgemini, I was a Junior Executive Human Resources at Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd, where I handled talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policies for over 200 staff members. I also have experience as a Freelance Recruiter, where I successfully placed candidates for various positions in different industries, such as IT, banking, and education.I am passionate about learning new things and developing my career in HR. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a communicator, and I strive to deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. I am always looking for opportunities to improve my skills, knowledge, and processes, and to contribute to the success and growth of the organization.
